How does your pre-order program work?

All products that are loaded onto DiecastOnDemand.com offered for pre-order will require you to enter your payment information to place your order. You will be charged up front and items will ship automatically once they arrive. If your order contains multiple pre-ordered items or in stock AND pre-order items, your order will ship when ALL items are in stock. Manufacturer-provided ETA's will still be provided in all descriptions but please keep in mind these are provided by our distributor and they are subject to change. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Didn't you used to offer no-cost pre-orders?

In a word, yes. Unfortunately, it is no longer economically feasible for our small, family business. We know that many of you enjoyed taking advantage of this offering and we hope that you will continue to do so with the same peace of mind regarding the care and attention to detail with shipping quality and customer service from Diecast On Demand. If you have existing pre-orders using our old system you don't need to do anything. You'll still be notified when they arrive and you'll be asked to make your payment just like you're used to. All future products that are loaded onto DiecastOnDemand.com offered for pre-order will require you to enter your payment information and a processed payment to place your order. Your items will ship automatically once they arrive. If your order contains multiple pre-ordered items or in stock AND pre-order items, your order will ship when ALL items are in stock. Manufacturer-provided ETA's will still be provided in all descriptions as well. We thank you for your understanding regarding this policy change. Do you offer regular Hot Wheels as well?

We do! If you're looking for anything in particular we invite you to reach out to us directly with your requested castings and we will be glad to check our inventory. Due to the number of shows we attend we decided this would be the best approach since our mainline inventory is changing so frequently.
Can I buy cases and do you offer volume discounts?

YES! If you're interested in purchasing a master case please reach out to us directly as soon as products are announced so we can ensure an order is placed on your behalf.
